Fitness

The majority of people that listen to the word "FITNESS" and then associate it to activities like weight lifting weightlifting athletes who have strong muscles and big burly tetragonal solid. When in fact the word "FITNESS" is "FITNESS". Fitness can also mean "Beyond Health".

Lifestyle Fitness is a lifestyle that makes people become fitter. Where there are three main components that need to be undertaken on a regular basis, balanced, and consistent. Namely 1. Sports. 2. Nutrition. 3. Break.

Practice (Lifting weights and aerobics) is just one of the fitness lifestyle, which by chance when we run it regularly and consistently will offer many health benefits, among others: Preventing bone loss, Slow Aging Process, Improve Hormones and Libido, Increase immunity the body from illness, prevent disease such as diabetes, stroke, and heart. And Facilitate the circulation of blood, nutrients and oxygen throughout the body.

Fitness needs to be understood that it is one of a healthy lifestyle, but do not have to Body Building. Not everyone should be oriented to take Body Building fitness lifestyle. People with simple language does not have to Bodybuilding Fitness, Body Building People then have to Fitness.
